The Bute House Family Partnership Annual Meeting
Tuesday 22nd September
8.15–9.15am
Ms Bradshaw will provide a brief overview of the history of the BHFP, what it seeks to achieve, and succession planning for 2027–2028.
There will also be an opportunity to meet the class reps and hear from Roxy and me, as Co-Chairs, about the year ahead — including our activities, fundraising efforts, allocation of funds, and confirmation of roles for the following year.

Support the Bute House Auction
1st October 2026
Following the incredible success of our previous auction, which raised over £109,000 for our SafeSpace Wellbeing Hub, we are thrilled to announce our next Bute House Auction on 1st October.
This year, all funds raised will directly support two projects:

Community Partnership & Wellbeing Work: Expanding vital outreach programmes, including our Saturday Wellbeing Programme and Mental Health Network supporting local state schools and families.

A Grand Piano: Purchasing a magnificent new instrument for the Music Department to be enjoyed by generations of Bute girls.
How You Can Help: Donate an Experience or Item
To build a diverse collection of live and silent auction lots, we are looking for generous, imaginative pledges from across our community. Big or small, every offer helps. Ideas include:

Unforgettable Experiences: Unique access, behind-the-scenes tours, or money-can't-buy opportunities.

Getaways & Stays: Use of a holiday home, cottage, or weekend retreat.

Tickets: Sports fixtures, West End shows, concerts, or cultural events.

Dining, Art & Gifts: Restaurant vouchers, fine wine, artwork, or special collectables.

Skills & Personal Pledges: Professional expertise, lessons, or creative experiences.
